    Hello Sir ,

In the question the examiner asks asks about professional and ethical issues , whereas I found only the ethical issues ( selling non audit service , self interest , self review and management threat .

I couldn’t found any professional issue ! Even after reading the answer

    Many thanks

The marking scheme indicates “impact on professional skepticism” and “separate engagement letters/billing arrangements” – these might be considered professional matters rather than ethical. (I usually look for quality control and “practice management” issues when I see the prompt for professional issues.)

As published the marking scheme showed the usual “up to 1 mark for each relevant comment”.
