Hey John,
My question is in relation to factoring and invoice discounting computation in receivables. When we compute factoring under what circumstances we will and we wont compute average receivables for current receivables to calculate the difference between the current and the new to give interest saved on that.
Referring to dec 08 question Gorwa co where average receivables is not computed.
Looking forward to hear from you.
In Gorwa, old receivables are given in the question, but they have computed new receivables.
