Watching or listening to media on iPad

I am having problems watching or listening to the various media on my iPad. Can someone please help me with this. Thanks

iPad does not support flash, so.. you can’t watch F7 lectures..
only F1/F8/P3 lectures are at the moment fully iPad compatible,.
