warehouse disposed of at profit

Hello

If there is a risk that smaller warehouse has been disposed of at profit, so if for its impact I write that there is a risk that disposed warehouse is not properly removed from NCA register. Additionally , gain or loss on disposal may not have been properly accounted for. So here shall I write gain or loss OR shall I just write gain because in risk it was mentioned that warehouse has been disposed off at profit?
