Waiting six months to re-sit an exam

Hey Guys,

Am I the only one who thinks ACCA should create an avenue whereby you can re-sit an exam you failed sooner than the next sitting, like a month after or so? If anybody knows of a reason as to why they wont or cant do this let me know, if not let me hear your thoughts.
