what are the proposals proposed by the directors that shareholders can vote down.is there a document showing what a shareholder can and cannot vote down and or shareholders approval is must what is the link? can shareholder vote down remuneration package of directors concerning long term performance based schemes.
I’m not sure but I would like to know more about this too if anyone can help?

In theory,I think they can but practically may not.
