In calculating Andrea Linn benefits , the examiner has has taken 20% of furniture provided in the accommodation benefit, if that furniture is Use Of Asset Benefit then shouldn’t we take market value multiplied by 20%?

You should use 20% of the market value when FIRST made available for private use of an employee – I don’t have the text from which you are working to see the details of the question but hopefully this answers your query
