hi all,
I have been unable to access the video resource for a few days now. any body with any idea of what’s going on or who to channel this observation to?

The videos are working fine – there was a problem for an hour or two earlier in the week, but they are all OK now.
If you have not changed anything on your computer, then try refreshing your cache.
Otherwise go to the technical support page on this website.
