Video lectures reloading

When going through a video lecture you pause the movie, in a while it reloads & starts from the beginning. You start to seek for the place u have paused. Sometimes a movie can reload whithout having been paused. I had no problems like this last year. Is it a problem w me only?

movies are streamed now, so if you have a break in internet connection, it restart, but you should be able to jump anywhere in the lecture and it should start playing it from any point in the lecture
