It wouldn’t have taken you long to read through some of the earlier posts to realise that I have said, many times!, that there are no chapters covering agency, employments and (only) one or two of the later chapters.

I keep looking at the notes and thinking to myself that these are such insignificant areas that they don’t deserve separate lectures.

Look at a revision kit (a pre-2014 version if possible) and check out the questions and answers from these sections. You’ll quickly see that the questions that have been asked in these areas are much of a muchness

@Travel there is no need for lectures on these topic as only the same questions can be asked on it. if you review the chapters in your text, look at past papers or rev kit you will notice that only so much and no more can be asked.

    Isn’t that what I said?

Thanks Latoyah for your confirmation but really it would be preferable to restrict your inputs to the general forums 🙂

Hello sir, sorry to say but there are no lectures on employment law. Check out the ten or so questions from the area in a reputable revision kit and that should give you enough information to be able to answer an Employment Law question.

Peter, that’s just about word for word the same as the last three posts!

What came over you that made you add this input of yours?
