Forums › Technical Problems › Video lecture stops at a certain point
Hi Sir
I’ve been enjoying the lectures from either my ipad or iPhone without any glitches. Today I was watching part c on Accounting for Overheads( chapter 7 of paper F2). This plays for no more than seven minutes and, abruptly stops and a message then pops up that says ” Error loading Media: File could not be played”
I would be very greatful for your kind advice on what to do.
From Sifiso
problem is at your end. your internet connection must break . restart the router maybe this will help..
Hi again
Many thanks for the prompt reply. I did just that before posting my query. I even changed devices and tried streaming from my iPhone as I was earlier streaming from my iPad. What buffles me is that in both devices, the video stops at exactly the same spot.
Sorry to be a bit of a nag. I shudder to think about not being able to watch, especially since the videos are an invaluable help for my studies.
Best regards
Sifiso
ok, try now please
