Hello Sir, hope you are doing well.
May I know why. Speed of Response or Flexibility such as Hospital Waiting Time, Time taken to solve doubt is a measure of Effectiveness and not efficiency
Because it is providing a more effective service is there is a high speed of response. It is not efficiency because the speed may be increased in many different ways such as just employing more people, and that isn’t likely to be efficient.
Sir. How high speed of Response would help organising in providing more effective service
It is a measure of more effective service. I am sure if you went to a hospital you would regard fast time to see someone as being a better (i.e. more effective) service!
