One of the element is vfm is efficiency..is this the higher the ratio the more efficient a?
Usually critise in que what we ned to discuss?
Swot analysis what we need to know?

If efficiency is something like production per employee, then high is good. If it is measured as something like hours needed per unit made then high is poor.
