May i ask when can using “we, us” when in answer, while when need to write answer as third party perspective like” the company, ABC company”?It depends on ‘who you are’ according to the scenario.
If you are internal to the company, eg the CFO’s PA, then I think ‘we/us’ are ok – but also ‘the company’ would work fine too.
If you are external eg a consultant, then ‘the company’ is more appropriate.
So, you won’t usually go far wrong by using ‘the company’, but pay attention to the requirement.
