If a trader in UK is exporting taxable supplies to non-VAT registered trader in EU, he will charge Output VAT from customer (i.e supply will not be zero rated)
Now what about the importer in EU..Will he account for output VAT payable to his country’s govt ..if he does so, he is essentially paying Output VAT twice ..although recoveravle later from his country’s govt.
How VAT will be accounted by EU importer ?
Thanks
