What ate the changes applicable for VAT according to the new syllabus?

I presume you mean changes made by FA 2016 as no syllabus change for September exam and it is based on FA 2016 as per June. In terms of FA 2016 the only changes were in the registration and deregistration limits – see examiners technical article FA 2016 on ACCA website
