I just need some clarification. For customers overseas, VAT is not chargeable right? Even the goods are initially delivered to a UK address?
Based on my personal experience. I believe, that VAT would be chargeable for overseas customer. From the point of overseas customer they would be able to get the deduction in there VAT. Though it would defer based on relevant country tax law. Hope some other guys would be able to help you too on this matter.
Cheers
Raj
