Hello!
Will we be asked to calculate or analyse already calculated variances studied in F5?
All those “Material mix and yield variances, Sales mix and quantity variances,Planning and operational variances etc”.I hardly remember any.

Yes..you must be able to calculate, assess and analyse these variances in context of complex business scenarios…My advice is to master these variances before attempting p5.

Yes, you could be.
I would concentrate on being able to calculate the ‘main’ variances (price, usage, efficiency), but know how to interpret mix and yield.
