I have viewed your lectures on variance but I still have problem on interpreting advanced variance, can you please help me on this.Given that there are three types of ‘advanced variances’ (planning and operational, mix and yield, and idle time) you will have to be more specific as to where you have the problem.
Best is to give me the name of a past exam question in your Revision Kit where you are having a problem and then I can explain.
