Hello sir.. just a small question.. is production volume variance equal to fixed overheads volume variance? If no, then how should we value the difference between actual production and budgeted production?
(actual production – budgeted production)* ??

If the question asks just for the production volume variance, then it is the difference between the actual production and the budget production, both costed at the standard cost of production.
