Dear Sir,
I have a question relating to the formula of value of rights per existing shares. For example, the value of rights is $1.5. The right is 2 for 5 right issue. Then the value of right per existing share will be $1.5/5 or $1.5/(5/2)?
Thank you$1.5/(5/2) because they are getting 2 shares worth 2 x $1.50 for every 5 shares they currently own.
