Sir, value for money Audit is it only the job of the internal audit function or both external auditor could as well perform value for money Audit?
Secondly , can the audit manager apart from the partner perform last Audt review and issue final audit report? Who is majorly responsible for this final audit report ?
These two posts have absolutely nothing at all to do with F7!
