I have a general question that we use VFM for NPO performance evaluation. While VFM is used for service industry. What is NPO is manufacturing organisation like Rolex so what measurement model or technique should organisation use?

They will use measures of financial performance and of non-financial performance, as explained in my free lectures on these two areas.
