Sir are value chains relating to service industry examinable? Like value chain of a hotel or maybe value chain of a restaurant?
Yes. You just need to think what is meant by the various processes in the context of a service, sufh as hotels.
For example, operations is the provision of a room and food. Outbound logistics rather simplified because the customer always comes to you etc.
The secondary/support activities are largely unchanged.
