Dear John,
I came across a few Questions on my BPP Exam Kit regarding 2 topics, called Value Analysis & Functional, Strategic, Competitive, Internal “Benchmarking.”
Are these 2 topics removed from the Syllabus because I Couldn’t Spot them In Your OT lectures/Notes?
If they’re not, please point out the relevant chapters I should refer to 🙂
P.S (I’m Using an older version of BPP’s Revision Kit).
