    Value analysis is focussed on reducing unnecessary costs. That can involve innovation in the sense of improving the design of products in order to reduce costs, but that it not the main focus.

    Why on earth are you asking me this?

    if we go for innovation, we will end up making more cost.

    No necessarily. You can innovate a new way of working that might save costs.
