Sir,
Can I use the KAPLAN exam kit and the study text which is valid till June 2021 for the September 2023 exam? Will there be changes in the syllabus?

It would be better to use current editions. but there are not any really significant changes.
Just make sure that you also practice the more recent exam questions (from the ACCA website) that will not be in your Revision Kit.
