Sir,
In the exam can we use shorten forms as below?
FV for fair value
NCI for non-controlling interest
PPE for property, plant and equipment
CV for carrying value etc.

PPE FV NCI – OK
CV – use CA
If any doubt write out the words fully first time and show the abbreviation in brackets
What you have to ask yourself is…………if you say FV ………………..would that justify knocking off a mark? No.
BUT use sentence format
