Basically what the title says. I want to use Daniel Pink’s motivation theory instead of the usual process and content theories. Will it be suitable to use for the RAP? I am answering Topic 6.

On the one hand, it will show depth of knowledge. On the other hand, they may not give me marks because it is outside the syllabus. What do you guys think?

I strongly suggest that you refer to the latest RAP Information Pack where you will find that topics have changed considerably since previous submission periods. As a result, any report on Topic 6 needs to be considerably wider than simply motivation theory. Topic 6 is currently presented as follows:

    6) Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of key factors that have an impact on employees in an organisation.
Access to internally generated information (such as HR policies) is essential.
    Primary data collection is essential

If I use multiple models such as motivation (Maslow’s and Herzberg), Culture (Hofstede’s), and Ratio Analysis, do I need to briefly describe and evaluate all of them in Section 2: Business/Accountancy models?
