hi, i wanted to knw about PER
is it necessary for acheiving qualification?

Yes, PER is necessary. This may be achieved by either completing the challenge questions and having them signed by your supervisor or if you work for a gold/platinum employer, then you just need them to sign you off after you achieve your 3 years experience.
