    sir can u please tell when we will calculate decrease in nci through (net asset*required proportion/existing)
    and when we calculated through this method:
    fair value of nci
    plus post profit
    plus nci portion of goodwill=amount* required holding/existing holding?
    please please the second method was in my mock
