Urgent advice needed for P6

Hi,

I need someone’s urgent advice on P6’s writing a report with appendix :-

When you write a report , i know the format of the report show Appendix at the end of the report but how to do Appendix in the end when one has to perform calculations/computations while attemptiong to write up the report at the same time?

Do you do the calculations first ie workings , then write the report and end it with the heading Appendix and then indicate “pls see the workings” under this heading Appendix?

Pls advise as i am self studying student who did not attend any classes except studied P6 using the Bpp text and kit.
