Hi, I have submitted my RAP on 5 November 2023, but my OBU account is still showing the Report and SLS files as 0.0B. Not sure if this is normal as the submission guidelines said uploading is done within 72 hrs. Did anyone face the same issue? Should I email OBU about this? Please do help me out. Thanks in advance.
To put your mind at rest I suggest that you contact them giving all the details and screenshots etc
Its normal for it to show that way. I submitted my RAP last year and it displayed the same thing. After some time it showed me the files i had submitted. So don’t worry.

Its been almost 2 weeks since I submitted and its still showing 0.0B, that is why I’m a bit worried. Did yours take this long as well?
