You can subscribe to the topic (you see “notify me of follow up replies option)
there is no option to receive email everytime someone posts or replies on the forums

As rightly mentioned above, for any forum topic you’re interested in, do well to login with your details then check the box at the bottom left of the reply box. Then you’ll be updated of the activity on the topic.
