Can be Unlimited a Company?
I found that in one of F4 past paper.But I m Not Clearly understand.
Please,can u give me one example for this types of company..
Hoping ……Is it kind of private company? Now i found one stantance..Private is only unlimited and public is always limited.Is True ? please teacher

Private may be limited (by shares or by guarantee) or unlimited
Public is always limited by shares
