Hi,
why is unfurnished property income NOT relevant for pension contribution calculation, is unfurnished property income qualifies as NSI at all?
Thanks
Hi
Both unfurnished and furnished property income are not relevant earnings for purposes of pension contributions! It is only furnished holiday lettings that are included as relevant earnings as this is viewed for this purpose as trading rather than investment income. All property income is classified as non savings income.
Hope this helps
