what is the best way to understend question? any tips especially for the foring langugage speakers?
I suggest you look extensively at past exam questions and answers. After a while, you’ll have a better “feel” for what exactly a question is asking. Are you looking at any particular question, or is this a general problem which you are facing? If the understanding is prevented by a lack of knowledge of English vocabulary, I suggest regular and frequent reading.
