    Hello sir
    I have a question
Which of the following does not reduce uncertainty?
    a) simulation model
    b) variance analysis
    c) rolling budget

None of them actually reduce uncertainty.

But surely you have an answer in the same book in which you found the question 🙂

I can only think that you misread or have mis-remembered the question.

Simulation is a way of measuring the impact of uncertainty (but doesn’t in itself reduce it). The others do not affect uncertainty at all.
