i just got a new laptop computer and i tried accessing the online videos but non of the video was able to open. each time i try a blank page comes up with a small icon on the top left of the box. i have attached a screen print. For you to see. Your urgent reponse will be appreiated as the exam is very close.

unable to view the online lectures now. i hav viewed it in january. what do i do? i hav the flashplayer.
