I wasn’t able to rebook my AAA exam into week 2 after encountering a technical issue during check-in of week 1. I have been trying to get in touch with ACCA several times via phone and email. I have connected with Ask ACCA chat on 9/12/2022 through which I wasn’t able to get any apt solution or couldn’t resolve the issue. Whenever I am trying to rebook the exam I am left with a pop up saying “ The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at present”.
Whenever I am connecting ACCA via phone call I am left in a queue wherein I had to wait to get connected with an agent but unfortunately I couldn’t connect with one since I ran out of balance. The case of email is also the same all I receive as a response from ACCA is an automated message.
I am frustrated as in I don’t know whether I will be able to withdraw or get refund if I am not able to rebook.

    Hi,

I have the same issues, could not rebook, wrote all possible complains and actually I start to think about the competences and service of ACCA as organization, After Covid years it is very bad and we are paying fees and do not receive a qualitative service, there are technical problems during exam, to reach by phone somebody is not possible, when you write mail, you receive automatic answers, I’m just thinking that may be all that hard work is not worth anything… I ‘m 3 exams away from finishing, but may be all that was a waste of time.

Right now it’s showing awaiting results in the planner. I am really frustrated as in I don’t know what to do next.
    Do you have any updates?

    Hi,

ACCA answered to my complain, and I got back money for exam, but it is not possible to sit exam sooner than in march.

But I ‘m not more positive, because I read that this AFM was disaster, most probably I would fail again:( At least I did not lost money, just time what I spent for studies, but that is good for my development anyway…
