Sir as we know that if a company enters into a contract which is outside its object then the contract is ultravires. However rights of third party are protected. So it means that contract will be binding na?
That’s what I said in response to your previous post and I’ll say it again … even though it may be ultra vires the articles its validity shall not be called into question where a company deals with a third party acting in good faith
