    Hi

I have a couple of questions for the legal system section of the syllablus

    – in the exam, if being asked to describe the UK civil court structure, would drawing a diagram showing all the courts and the appeal structure be ok to gain some marks? Would it be wise to then refer to the diagram and fill in extra details for each court?

    – i notice the textbook as list the common articles of the HRA convention and then explain in details of each of the articles. Are we expected to recall all the details in the articles? or they are more for reference?

First question- yes, Why not? But don’t forget those extra details you refer to

Second question – IF HRA comes up, and it’s a big IF, no, you are not expected to remember all the detail. What you should be asking yourself is ” how much can I be expected to remember in a 10mark question?”
