maam am unable to trace this line in my study text, so asking you…Compliance with UK corporate governance code is compulsory for LISTED entities right, which mandates there should be audit, nomination and remuneration committee before a company goes public, right?
The Code is a requirement of stock exchange listing but its provisions are all “comply or explain” – https://opentuition.com/topic/comply-or-explain-basis
So NO – these committees are not mandatory.
