Everything I have studied until now has always referred to UK Combined Code, but I ordered the BPP Practice and Revision Kit which is now referring to UK Corporate Governance Code (2010). Is this just a change of name and would we be penalized for referring to Combined Code?
It is the same. They changed the code in June 2010.
