    Hi Sir,

Please download this paper of ICAEW: https://www.bia.org.bw/doc/exam_revision/fm-september-2011-exam-paper.pdf

Please help me out in finding NPV in UGL Ltd question, I had its answer but misplaced it.
I am attempting P4 paper but teacher said this is important as well that’s why I am doing it.

    Regards

Please do not expect me to type up a full answer to the question!! 🙂

If you say which parts are causing you a problem then I will try and help with pleasure.

(I am not sure why your teacher said it is important – it is a bit too basic for ACCA Paper P4 🙂 )

    LOL!!

How to tackle Sales Volume increase in 2013 and 2014 and inflation in Sale Price, how will they affect Total Sales?

Sales in 2012 will be 2200000 x 1.05 (because they are expressed in 2011 prices, and there is inflation of 5%) which is 2310000.

    Sales in 2013 will be 2310000 x 1.05 x 1.1 (5% inflation and 10% volume growth) = 2668050

    Sales in 2014 will be 2668050 x 1.05 x 1.1 (again, 5% inflation and 10% volume growth) = 3081598

    Hope that helps 🙂
