There are 4 types
Power culture(more autocratic)
Role culture
Task culture(like machine bureaucracy)
Right?

And whats the 4th one?

Person culture – not very important. It’s an organisation where individuals pursue their own interests

I think role culture is more like the machine bureaucracy – strict rules and job specifications.
