Hi sir! Would you please answer my question?
A business entity is owned and run by Alfa Beta Gamma
what type of business is this an example of?
A)Sole trader
B)Partnership
C)LLC
D) None of the aboveWhy is the answer partnership, is not LLC?
If it was a limited liability company then it would not be run by the owners – the owners would appoint directors to run the business.
However, I don’t know where you found this question, but it is not very well worded 🙂
