If a team has achieved its objective and rather than being disband, the team will get new tasks to perform.
So, with which stage the team will start its cycle now?
Plus, what’s the difference between mourning and adjourning??
In answer to your second question, I believe the terms refer to the same process. The difference is just the terminology varies between writers. Similar in a way to how some people still use balance sheet instead of statement of financial position.
What about the first one sir?
I don’t think it will be directly applicable in its traditional form. The team will already have gone through existing stages. However, the existence of new situation may change team dynamic somewhat.
So, the answer will be according to the situation given in the question, right?
if new task is challenging then they will start with the norming stage, I guess?
I think, though I could be wrong about this, that because it’s not directly applicable that this probably wouldn’t be asked in the exam.
