I have tried multiple times to get in but it always displays ‘login failed’. I even reset my password. Anyone know how to fix it?
I have seen the same question on this forum but that was a while back and there was no solution.
January 10, 2018 at 9:03 pm #428307Do you have an email and password that are registered on Learning Community?
If not, then you won’t be able to log in unless you join it first. Joining is also very simple. Just follow the steps given when you click ‘Join’.

January 11, 2018 at 8:38 am #428368I had the same problem but then realised the login was defaulting to my ACCA number and not my email address I used to register. Could this be the same problem? I can login fine now when I change to my email address and password, and not ACCA number and password.

To unlock it, I rang ACCA and told them I have tried the reset password link and it didn’t work and they put me through to the technical department who unlocked it over the phone, I would try that as it has worked for me.Many Regards.
