What does net marginal revenue mean in transfer price?
Is it mean that the income earned after deducting production costs?
This is explained in detail (with examples) in my free lectures on transfer pricing. Please do not expect me to type out my lectures again here!!
The net marginal revenue is the revenue of the division receiving the transfer less the extra marginal costs incurred by that division.
